Empowering Change is seeking Implementers to help nonprofit leadership teams gain clarity, structure, and accountability through the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®).

Many nonprofit leaders are passionate about their mission but struggle with execution, team alignment, and operational efficiency. As an EOS® Implementer, you’ll coach, teach, and facilitate to help these organizations gain Traction® and create lasting impact.

Your Role as an EOS® Implementer:

  • Coach leadership teams through the EOS® process, ensuring they stay focused and accountable

  • Teach EOS® tools and disciplines, helping leaders implement Vision, Traction, and Healthy™ practices

  • Facilitate leadership meetings to drive alignment, solve key issues, and foster a strong team dynamic

  • Guide nonprofit organizations in building sustainable structures for long-term success

Qualifications:

  • Certified or experienced EOS® Implementer with a passion for leadership development

  • Ability to coach leadership teams and facilitate EOS® sessions effectively

  • A desire to help mission-driven organizations apply EOS® to maximize their impact

Time Commitment:

  • We recognize the investment of time required for effective EOS® implementation. Our Implementers typically engage with nonprofit teams for 8–12 hours per month over a 6–12 month period, depending on the organization’s needs.
