Empowering Change is seeking Integrators to work with nonprofit leaders worldwide, helping them build stronger, more effective organizations through EOS®.

Our mission is to impact over 100,000 children and families in impoverished communities by equipping the local organizations that serve them with the tools, structure, and strategy they need to maximize their impact.
 
Many nonprofit leaders bring passion and innovation but lack the operational support and strategic guidance to scale their work effectively. With your help, they can gain clarity, accountability, and the systems necessary to drive real transformation.

As an EOS® Integrator for Impact, you'll work directly with nonprofit leadership teams to:

• Drive execution and accountability using EOS tools

• Strengthen operational systems for long-term success

• Align leadership teams and help them gain traction

• Provide strategic mentorship to improve decision-making

 

Qualifications:

• Experience as an EOS Integrator, ideally working with leadership teams

• Passion for helping mission-driven organizations succeed

• Ability to commit time to guiding and supporting nonprofit leaders

Time Commitment:

​

• We recognize that your time is valuable. Our Integrators typically engage with nonprofit teams for 4–6 hours per month over the course of 6–12 months, depending on the organization’s needs.
