We’re on a mission to impact more than 100,000 children and families in impoverished communities around the globe by empowering the local organizations that serve them. We provide implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), including additional mentoring for leadership team members.
Leaders of charitable organizations in impoverished communities often possess passion and innovative ideas, but lack resources, structural support, and strategic guidance. Access to education, training, and professional development are significant barriers to generating the transformative changes that their communities desperately need.
These leaders could realize their full potential and increase their effectiveness by learning from individuals willing to mentor them in areas like:

Qualifications:

Proficiency in your field and a desire to support the development of leaders in organizations that are truly changing the world.

Familiarity with and/or desire to learn EOS and mentor in support of EOS principles.
Time Commitment:

We ask that mentors commit to 90 minutes once a month with their mentee for one year.
