Empowering Change provides a comprehensive roadmap to success for social-impact organizations around the globe by employing the principles of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). We do this by focusing on systematically developing an organization’s structure, achieving clarity of its vision, and coaching leaders to execute their vision. Our structure helps meet organizational leaders where they are on their journey, work alongside them, and advocate for their success. Through an extensive network of diverse experts working together to empower organizational change, we have a mission to positively impact 10,000 lives by 2035.
